About Our Founder
Ascend is founded by Mr.L.V.Shyam Sundar, who completed his B.Com from RKM Vivekananda and PGCBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Mr.Shyam is also a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Before starting his own venture, Mr.Shyam was working with a Indo-Malaysian Company listed at the BSE, where he headed Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Legal and Secretarial divisions. He heads the team at Ascend which includes Company Secretaries, Legal professionals, Finance and Management personnel.
